Wayne Denton
President

Pastor Wayne Denton serves at Indiana Baptist College as President, and Board member.  He has served in Christian ministry for approximately 50 years as a youth pastor, assistant pastor, and senior pastor.  Pastor Denton is passionate about the work of a ministry college in training the next generation of Christian leaders and seeks to help strengthen local churches in carrying out the Great Commission through evangelism and discipleship.

Paul Loder
Academic Dean/Registrar​

Dr. Paul Loder serves at Indiana Baptist College and Seminary as Academic Dean, Registrar, Board member, and Faculty member.  He received a B.A. and M.A. in Bible from Bob Jones University and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Pensacola Christian College.  Having served in ministry for 50 years, his desire is that the truth of God might be received, understood, and applied to every individual’s life.  He is passionate about committing what he has learned to faithful men who will teach others also.   

John Reed
Dean of Students​
Mr. John Reed serves on the administration of Indiana Baptist College as the Dean of Students as well as serving as a member of the Faculty. He graduated with a B.A. in Pastoral and Church Music from IBC in 2015 and a M.A. in Bible from Indiana Baptist Seminary in 2017. His passions are evangelizing the lost and encouraging believers in their walk with the Lord through preaching, teaching, and personal interaction.
