Youth Ministries

Program Purpose

Churches who call a second man to their pastoral staff often want a man who can work effectively with young people and also fill another area of service in the church. The Youth Ministries major prepares young men to fill this need by requiring thirty credits in one major or two minor proficiencies in addition to their youth ministry courses. Those who choose music as a major emphasis must pass music minor platform evaluations in their primary proficiency.
