Church Ministries

Program Purpose

Since God established the local church to carry out His work in the world today, there is a great need for able men and women to carry out the ministry of the local church. The Church Ministries major is designed to prepare students for effective service in the local church by combining a solid foundation of Biblical studies with a thorough study of church education. In addition, each student will complete two emphases that will develop their gifts for specific work in the local church. Emphases include speech, church business, education, and music.
